Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appdynamics Jmeter and Java along with a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our product performance and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze application performance using Appdynamics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Conduct performance testing using Jmeter to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.Develop and maintain performance test scripts in Java to simulate real-world usage scenarios.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues throughout the product lifecycle.Provide detailed performance analysis reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to enhance application efficiency.Oversee the performance testing process ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Work closely with product managers to understand performance requirements and align testing efforts accordingly.Ensure that performance testing is integrated into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve our testing processes.Provide training and guidance to team members on performance testing best practices.Contribute to the development of performance testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing efforts.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Appdynamics for application performance monitoring.Should possess strong skills in using Jmeter for performance testing.Must be proficient in Java for developing performance test scripts.Should have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques is required.Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting performance issues is required.Knowledge of performance testing best practices and industry standards is essential.Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members on performance testing techniques.
Certifications Required
Certified Performance Testing Professional (CPTP) or equivalent certification in performance testing tools.
