Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in New Product Development-T&H is a plus. This role is based in the office and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize SNOW for incident management and tracking.
  • Implement and manage various testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Use Rally for agile project management and tracking of testing activities.
  • Leverage HP ALM for test management and execution.
  • Utilize Jira for bug tracking and project management.
  • Apply basic programming skills to create and execute test scripts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Provide detailed documentation and reports on testing activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new products in the T&H domain if applicable.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in new product development in the T&H domain is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
