Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Implement Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline development and deployment processes.Manage and manipulate SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and usability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications and processes.Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS practices.Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Data management and manipulation.Show proficiency in developing SFDC Lightning components.Exhibit experience in SFDC Integration with other systems.Display skills in SFDC Configuration for optimal performance.Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.Familiarity with Asset & Wealth Management is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.No travel required for this role.Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
