Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Provider and preferably in Payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize SFDC Health Cloud solutions to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers.Implement and configure SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.Utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex workflows and processes.Integrate SFDC with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC Health Cloud and related applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.Ensure data integrity and security within the SFDC platform.Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize SFDC performance.Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.Train and mentor junior developers on SFDC development and customization techniques.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.Have domain experience in Provider and preferably in Payer.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.Hold relevant SFDC certifications such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
