Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HP ALM Test Metrics and Reporting Test and Defect Management Robot Framework Robot Jira Python and Selenium. Experience in Investment Banking Operations is mandatory. The role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel is required. The candidate will contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products impacting the efficiency
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.Utilize HP ALM for test management and defect tracking.Generate and analyze test metrics and reports to provide insights into the testing process.Manage test and defect processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.Implement and maintain test automation scripts using Robot Framework and Selenium.Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.Use Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks.Write and execute test scripts in Python to validate software functionality.Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all functional and non-functional requirements.Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes.Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.Provide detailed and accurate test status reports to stakeholders.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of HP ALM and its application in test management.Have experience in generating and analyzing test metrics and reports.Demonstrate proficiency in test and defect management processes.Show expertise in using Robot Framework and Selenium for test automation.Be skilled in using Jira for project tracking and task management.Have experience in writing and executing test scripts in Python.Understand the domain of Investment Banking Operations and its specific testing requirements.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Work effectively in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.
