Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Automation Mobile Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality of our software products contributing to the companys success and positively impacting society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure software quality.
  • Oversee the testing process for mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide detailed reports on test results and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks in the software.
  • Ensure all test cases are executed and defects are logged and tracked to closure.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation and testing.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation and mobile testing.
  • Contribute to the overall quality strategy and help drive quality initiatives across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java.
  • Have a solid understanding of mobile application testing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show experience in performance testing and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in program management is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in testing.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving testing processes.
  • Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
