Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery and ServiceNow IT Asset Management. This role is hybrid and requires working during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure services ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure services using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery to ensure seamless operations.Implement and manage ServiceNow IT Asset Management to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure development to bring innovative solutions to the team.Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure development.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure solutions.Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.Provide input on infrastructure strategy and roadmap to align with organizational goals.Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
