Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in IVR Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive IVR Testing to ensure system functionality and performance.Develop and maintain Test Metrics and Reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Utilize SNOW for incident management and tracking.Implement and manage various Testing Tools and Frameworks to streamline testing processes.Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate business processes and ensure they meet requirements.Use Rally for agile project management and tracking.Leverage HP ALM for test management and execution.Utilize Jira for issue tracking and project management.Apply Basic Programming skills to create and execute test scripts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve them.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in IVR Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for incident management.Have hands-on experience with various Testing Tools and Frameworks.Show expertise in Manual E2E BPA and Rally.Be skilled in using HP ALM and Jira for test and issue management.Have basic programming knowledge to support test script creation.Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
