Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gosu Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire ContactManager. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys success and positively impact the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Gosu Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire ContactManager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications
  • Implement and customize Guidewire tools and accelerators to meet project requirements
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment
  • Utilize Eclipse and Core Java for application development and enhancement
  • Work with XML and ANSI SQL for data manipulation and integration
  • Employ Subversion for version control and code management
  • Develop and maintain J2EE-based web services for application interoperability
  • Execute GW Batch processes and ensure their optimal performance
  • Customize Guidewire predefined and custom plugins to extend application functionality
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Gosu Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire ContactManager
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Eclipse and Core Java
  • Have experience with XML and ANSI SQL for data integration
  • Show familiarity with Subversion for version control
  • Understand J2EE and web services development
  • Experience with GW Batch processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of Guidewire predefined and custom plugins is advantageous
  • Exposure to Guidewire tools and accelerators is beneficial
  • Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
