Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web Services Web Application Firewall Cloud CDN Akamai Guardicore Firewall Dynatrace Splunk and DevOps Concepts. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our development and operational processes ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Responsibilities
3-5 Years Application Support Experience Preferred (Insurance domain is a plus)
Experience with Application Support and strong understanding of ITIL Processes (including Change Management/Incident Management/Problem Management)
Experience working with ITSM Tool (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira)
Experience of APM tools (Splunk/Dynatrace/Datadog/Sumologic) for Application/Infrastructure Monitoring
Technical Skills - Web Application Web Services Unix/Linux Database (SQL/Oracle) Web Servers
Nice to have mobile console and debug skills for iOS and Android ( Swift / Kotlin )
Provide technical support troubleshooting Production Incidents root cause analysis/investigation of Application Issues and resolution for defects.
Documenting Application Support /Incident Resolution Procedures.
Experience handling BCM/DR Activities Application Release Deployment Activities.
Experience in Microservices/Azure is preferred but not required.
Nice to have Akamai / CDN experience.
