Job Summary

Major Incident Manager

  • Good understanding of ITIL Processes - Incident Major Incident Problem and Change
  • Experience handling Major Incidents - running outage bridges managing stakeholder communication
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be willing to work from Client office in Bangalore 2-3 days in a week 4 am - 2 pm IST shifts.
  • Provide rotational on-call on weekends.
