Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience in OSIsoft PI Historian/AVEVA PI Historian. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using OSIsoft PI Historian/AVEVA PI Historian to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation of data collection and storage systems to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSIsoft PI Historian/AVEVA PI Historian systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to provide insights into system usage and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills related to OSIsoft PI Historian and AVEVA PI Historian.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support for third-party systems.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain data security and privacy.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in OSIsoft PI Historian/AVEVA PI Historian with hands-on experience in development and maintenance.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes to effectively support business operations.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Show ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exhibit ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    • Certifications Required

    Good to have OSIsoft PI System Infrastructure Specialist AVEVA PI System Administration Certification
