Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and Selenium with a preference for those who have experience in the Cards and Payments domain. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the highest quality of our software products enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.Utilize Java and Selenium to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not compromised.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.Implement best practices for software testing and quality assurance.Monitor and track software defects to ensure timely resolution.Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing.Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Java and Selenium.Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain (nice to have).Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Be adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines.Display a strong understanding of software development and testing processes.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
