Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux AWS Kubernetes Docker SOAP/REST Postman HP ALM Jenkins GitLab Bitbucket Jira Database and SQL. Experience in Cable Equipments and Cable Technologies is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Linux host (CentOS) for validating development packages application configuration and logs
  • Strong triage/troubleshooting skills such as debugging the application logs in Linux host to narrow down the root cause for application error/failure and determine ownership of the problem
  • Ability to ensure test environment readiness for test execution by validating the necessary connectivity/configuration details such as Endpoints Queue Kafka IP Firewall for all the application components
  • Experience with AWS/Docker/Kubernetes is desired
  • Project hands-on experience in API testing (Microservices)
  • Good knowledge in test automation using Selenium & Java (RestAssured/TestNG)
  • Designs test plans on software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications
  • Collects and compiling data for reporting quality metrics to management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure platform configuration integration and secret management
  • Good exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins Maven Bitbucket Gitlab
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Self-organized team-oriented and be able to work on multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and the persistence to resolve technical issues
  • Working hours: 2 PM IST - 11 PM IST 4 days at work 1 WFH day
