Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenWRT SDK - WiFi/ DOCSIS Firmware Deployment Test Automation Docker Container Embedded Systems - C/C++ RDK-B Middleware and Firmware Development. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our cutting-edge projects and ensure the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of firmware and software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various telecom-related projects.
  • Utilize OpenWRT and SDKs for WiFi and DOCSIS to validate and verify system performance.
  • Implement and manage test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Deploy firmware updates and monitor their impact on system performance.
  • Utilize Docker containers to create isolated test environments for accurate results.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve embedded system issues.
  • Work with RDK-B Middleware to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts using C/C++ for embedded systems.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in telecom testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in OpenWRT and SDKs for WiFi and DOCSIS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in firmware deployment and test automation.
  • Have hands-on experience with Docker containers and embedded systems using C/C++.
  • Show proficiency in RDK-B Middleware and firmware development.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of the telecom domain and its specific requirements.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Show experience in developing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
