Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate RPA along with domain experience in Industrial Manufacturing. This role involves developing and optimizing applications to enhance our manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Power Automate RPA to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Apps and Power Automate RPA applications.
  • Ensure applications are scalable secure and comply with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed applications and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Apps and Power Automate RPA.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on Power Apps and Power Automate RPA.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

  • Possess strong experience in Power Apps development and customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Power Automate RPA for automating business processes.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in agile development methodologies.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
