We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration along with a strong background in Analytics. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions using Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize analytics solutions that drive business insights.Provide technical expertise in the development of custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.Ensure the quality and performance of software solutions through rigorous testing and debugging processes.Oversee the deployment of software updates and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making processes.Lead the development of technical documentation and user guides to facilitate the adoption and maintenance of software solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.Provide support and troubleshooting for software issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration.Demonstrate expertise in analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in developing custom applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.Have experience in mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.
