Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in SolarWinds Orion and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day technical operations and contribute to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of SolarWinds Orion and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager solutions.
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of network performance and security using SolarWinds tools.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the optimal functioning of SolarWinds systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SolarWinds solutions with other IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SolarWinds configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SolarWinds tools in a timely manner.
  • Implement best practices for network monitoring and security using SolarWinds solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on the effective use of SolarWinds tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SolarWinds technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of SolarWinds systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems within the organization.

  • Possess a strong background in SolarWinds Orion and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager.
  • Have experience in the Hi-Tech domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining network monitoring and security solutions.
  • Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members on technical tools and processes.
