Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Copilot and a background in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our cloud infrastructure and operations.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud solutions using M365 Copilot to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Implement security best practices to protect cloud data and applications from potential threats.
  • Optimize cloud resources to reduce costs and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide training and support to team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support for cloud solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cloud governance policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in M365 Copilot with hands-on experience.
  • Have a background in Asset Management Operations which is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in cloud security best practices.
  • Have experience in optimizing cloud resources for cost and performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about the latest cloud technologies and trends.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and night shifts.
  • Possess strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Have experience in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Be able to provide training and support to team members.
  • Have experience working with vendors and service providers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement cloud governance policies.
