Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting. This role will involve developing and maintaining Workday solutions to support our business processes and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday solutions to support business processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday implementations.Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Provide technical expertise in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.Create and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations and customizations.Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Workday implementations.Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage new capabilities.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Workday solutions.Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting principles.Display the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Be capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation.Demonstrate experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.Show proficiency in training and supporting end-users.
