Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting. This role will involve developing and maintaining Workday solutions to support our business processes and improve efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday solutions to support business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday implementations.
  • Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations and customizations.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Workday implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage new capabilities.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Workday solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting principles.
  • Display the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Show proficiency in training and supporting end-users.
