Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BTP Administration to resolve issues promptly.Manage SAP HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and backup/recovery processes.Administer NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.Execute SAP Basis Administration duties such as system upgrades patches and user management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support multi-channel solutions.Utilize business performance management skills to enhance system efficiency and user experience.Conduct regular system health checks and performance assessments to identify and address potential issues.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and best practices.Provide training and guidance to junior administrators and end-users to ensure effective system usage.Participate in planning and execution of system migrations and upgrades to minimize downtime and disruption.Implement security measures and compliance protocols to safeguard system integrity and data privacy.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Administration with hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration including troubleshooting and support.Have in-depth knowledge of SAP HANA Administration focusing on performance tuning and system monitoring.Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring seamless system integration.Exhibit solid experience in SAP Basis Administration covering system upgrades patches and user management.Nice to have experience in multi-channel solutions and business performance management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system procedures.Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with SAP technologies and best practices.Proven ability to implement security measures and compliance protocols.Experience in training and mentoring junior administrators and end-users.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
