Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in Workday Integrations Workday Finance and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to our finance and accounting domain. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Workday solutions that drive our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Oversee the implementation of Workday Finance modules to support financial operations.Provide technical expertise in Workday HCM to optimize human capital management processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and implement scalable Workday solutions that align with organizational goals.Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations.Conduct regular system audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.Create and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations and integrations.Train end-users on new functionalities and updates within the Workday system.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to keep the Workday environment current.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Workday Integrations Workday Finance and Workday HCM.Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining Workday solutions.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Have experience in the finance and accounting domain is a plus.Display strong communication skills for training and documentation purposes.Maintain knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
