Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and will contribute to the development and enhancement of our Workday systems. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday Finance modules to ensure seamless financial operations.Integrate Workday systems with other enterprise applications to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to support human resources processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.Implement best practices in Workday development to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.Create and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations and integrations.Lead user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Workday systems.Monitor system updates and new releases to ensure compatibility and leverage new features.Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Workday solutions on time and within budget.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve Workday processes and functionalities.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM.Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in technical documentation and user training.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
