Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and will contribute to the development and enhancement of our Workday systems. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday Finance modules to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Integrate Workday systems with other enterprise applications to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to support human resources processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement best practices in Workday development to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations and integrations.
  • Lead user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Workday systems.
  • Monitor system updates and new releases to ensure compatibility and leverage new features.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Workday solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve Workday processes and functionalities.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Workday Finance Workday Integrations and Workday HCM.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and user training.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
