Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerShell Windows and MS SQL Server. Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using PowerShell Windows and MS SQL Server.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all technical activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in PowerShell Windows and MS SQL Server.
  • Should have a good understanding of the Finance & Accounting domain.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Specialist
