Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI Appian Solution Development and J2EE. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using MariaDB ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Design and implement BPMN models to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Utilize Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks enhancing productivity and accuracy.Integrate Appian AI to provide intelligent solutions and improve decision-making processes.Lead the development of Appian solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring successful project delivery.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into projects when relevant.Document technical specifications and user guides ensuring clear communication and understanding.Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.Ensure applications are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in MariaDB demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize databases effectively.Have a deep understanding of BPMN Modeling capable of designing efficient and effective business processes.Show proficiency in Appian RPA with a track record of automating tasks to improve productivity.Demonstrate expertise in Appian AI integrating intelligent solutions into applications.Exhibit strong skills in Appian Solution Development delivering scalable and robust solutions.Have solid experience in J2EE developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications.Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus providing valuable domain knowledge.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.Excellent communication skills capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Knowledge of agile development processes contributing to efficient and effective project delivery.Strong documentation skills ensuring clear and comprehensive technical specifications and user guides.Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies continuously improving skills and knowledge.
