Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience in VDI technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of virtual desktop infrastructure solutions in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of VDI solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix technologies.Oversee the deployment and management of Windows-based virtual desktops and applications.Provide technical expertise and support for VDI environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop VDI solutions that meet business needs.Monitor and maintain VDI infrastructure identifying and resolving issues proactively.Develop and implement best practices for VDI deployment management and security.Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure VDI environments are scalable and efficient.Create and maintain detailed documentation for VDI configurations processes and procedures.Train and mentor junior team members on VDI technologies and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in VDI technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for VDI environments.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for VDI infrastructure.Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users addressing their VDI-related issues and concerns.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix VAD/Cloud.Have experience in deploying and managing Windows-based virtual desktops.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
