Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5.5 years of experience in JDE AS400 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing domain. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel is required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our systems to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using JDE AS400 to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to ensure minimal downtime and high performance.
- Implement best practices in coding testing and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in JDE AS400 to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress to the management team.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background with 6 to 8 years of experience in JDE AS400.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining applications in an Industrial Manufacturing domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in coding testing and documentation best practices.
- Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge within the team is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
