Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SolarWinds NPM ServiceNow ITSM Solarwinds-SAM ITIL V3 NPM DHCP Disaster Recovery 123 Log Analyzer and Network Routing. Strong writing skills and decision-making abilities are essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
SolarWinds SME to have Strong Design Implementation Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience on SolarWinds Product Suite with good knowledge on complete IT Infrastructure i.e. Systems Servers Hardware Storage technologies Network Routing & Switching Wireless Firewalls Security and other Misc. technologies. As the candidate will be interacting with clients and key stake holders so an effective communication is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Design Architect and implement complex Solarwinds solutions to monitor and manage our network infrastructure effectively.Provide in-depth technical expertise for Solarwinds modules NPM NTA NCM SAM IP Address Manager VOIP & Network Quality Manager UDT SCM SRM and Log Analyzer.Adhere to SolarWinds recommendation for Design Hardware Sizing Network Port requirement and Licensing.Configure all the functionalities that a Module offer to the fullest.Administration and Management tasks such as Node Onboarding Custom property definition Alert Configuration Report Creation View customization Securing SolarWinds with best practices Monitoring Data Validation.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to network monitoring and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements and provide tailored Solarwinds Solutions.Lead the development and implementation of custom monitoring solutions scripts and automation to enhance network visibility and managementDevelop maintain and optimize Solarwinds dashboards reports and alerts for efficient network monitoring and incident detection.Train and mentor junior team members in Solarwinds best practices and advanced techniques.Stay updated on industry trends and Solarwinds product updates and recommended improvements to our network monitoring infrastructure.SolarWinds Integration with other EMS toolsCoordinating with Key stake holders of various technologies to get feedback on the implementation and fine tune.Engage in Cross-Functional integration with multiple EMS and ITSM technologies.Recommend workaround and suggest best ways to tackle a problem with additional modules of SolarWinds or a different product or technologiesRecommend product & process to Monitor Infrastructure effectively and reduce efforts.Recommend product availability and scalability options based on Client scenarios.Recommend operational objectives strategies and work plans to improve current operations as well as plan for future customer requirementsKT sessions to the provided to other team members to effectively handle SolarWinds.Prepare Documents and conduct training for the project.Ensure the delivery of projects on time.Work Experience -
Working experience with common ITIL Service Lifecycle processes such as Service Strategy Service Design Service Transition Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement.Broad experience in technologies with distributed global infrastructuresAdministrator knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.Networking knowledge of LAN WAN TCP-IP Protocol suite IP Addressing Routing and VLAN.Storage knowledge SAN NAS RAIDKnowledge on Virtualization infrastructureDatacenter Experience Controllers Power Units Rack Design.Standard Infrastructure management experience viz. DNS DHCP Backups and Disaster Recovery Virtualization.
