Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Test Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and a strong understanding of network and device domains. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on product requirements.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionality and provide feedback on potential improvements.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that resolved issues do not affect existing functionalities.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing procedures.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights from a testing perspective.
  • Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Maintain and update test environments to reflect the latest product configurations.
  • Provide support during product deployments and post-deployment testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and their functionalities.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Exhibit proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Show familiarity with network and device domains enhancing testing effectiveness.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to testing.
  • Display excellent communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new testing techniques.
  • Show experience in automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
