Responsibilities
Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems using C/C++ to ensure optimal performance.Implement and manage OpenWRT and SDK for WiFi/DOCSIS to enhance network capabilities.Oversee firmware deployment processes to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Utilize Docker Containers to streamline development and deployment workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RDK-B Middleware solutions.Provide technical expertise in embedded systems to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve system reliability.Develop and execute test plans to validate firmware functionality and performance.Document development processes and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.Optimize system performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality reliable firmware solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in OpenWRT and SDK for WiFi/DOCSIS.Demonstrate expertise in firmware deployment and Docker Container management.Have extensive experience with embedded systems programming in C/C++.Show proficiency in RDK-B Middleware and firmware development.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
