Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating sales order in system based on Purchase orders sent by customers

  • Communicate to customers on order status, any delays or problems with their request

  • Handles customer inquiries in the areas of product information, ordering procedure, special order information and pricing, quote information, shipping etc

  • Serve as a liaison between end customer and business partners to assist order entry, order maintenance and shipment

  • Develop operational tactics to clear order block from sales order to ensure revenue flow

  • Provide information and assistance as needed to warehouse people to allow for expeditious processing

  • Perform analysis on schedule fluctuation and prepare report to highlight to business

  • Perform additional duties as required or requested
