Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing various certificate authorities and lifecycle management tools. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the lifecycle of digital certificates using tools like Keyfactor Google CA Venafi DigiCert AppviewX DocuSign Entrust Microsoft PKI AWS Certificate Manager and Comodo Certificate Manager.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT business support and IT security teams to integrate security measures into business processes.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on security-related issues to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective implementation of security solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of security projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Ensure the secure configuration and management of IT infrastructure components.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Change Lifecycle Management and various certificate authorities.
  • Demonstrate experience with Keyfactor Google CA Venafi DigiCert AppviewX DocuSign Entrust Microsoft PKI AWS Certificate Manager and Comodo Certificate Manager.
  • Show proficiency in IT business support and IT security domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CompTIA Security+.
