Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in Program and Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and resources with a preference for experience in the Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress manage resources and report on project status.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Program and Resource Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and software ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting.
  • Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Display problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Preferably have experience in the Cards and Payments domain bringing valuable industry knowledge to the role.
