Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and domain expertise in Supply Chain Management Multi Channel and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the operations team to ensure efficient delivery management and operational excellence.Oversee the implementation and optimization of supply chain management processes.Manage multi-channel operations to ensure seamless integration and coordination.Provide strategic direction and oversight for finance and accounting functions.Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Drive cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management.Demonstrate expertise in delivery management and supply chain management.Have strong knowledge of multi-channel operations and finance & accounting.Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills.Show proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
