Must have experience in Commercial contracts.

Must be from a Consulting / Law Firm Background.


Role: Legal Risk Management

Designation: Assistant Manager

Locations: Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Qualification: LLB

Experience: 4+ Yrs

CTC Budget: 17 LPA


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong legal acumen.
  • Provide proposal drafting support for business teams.
  • Review and support documentation related to RFPs, Tenders, and RFQs.
  • Handle legal documentation including Power of Attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrices, cover letters, declarations, and bid compliance checklists.
  • Stay updated on current legal developments and regulatory changes, including personal data protection and compliance requirements.


Other Experience & Qualifications

  • LLB graduate from a reputed law college.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a large organization with multi-disciplinary practice exposure.
  • Strong written, presentation, and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
