Job Description
We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to strengthen our HR function across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, engagement, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.

What You Will Do- Lead end-to-end Recruitment for multiple departments
- Manage onboarding , documentation & HR operations
- Drive employee engagement , culture-building & communication
- Support payroll , compensation & benefits coordination
- Implement and maintain HR policies , compliance & reporting
- 36 years of strong HR experience
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment & HR operations
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Added bonus: Experience in US Mortgage , Title Insurance , Closing , or Curative hiring/HR operations
