Hiring: Assistant Manager Human Resources (Bengaluru | Work From Office)

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to strengthen our HR function across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, engagement, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.

If you are someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with people, and building strong internal processes, wed love to meet you.

What You Will Do
  • Lead end-to-end Recruitment for multiple departments
  • Manage onboarding , documentation & HR operations
  • Drive employee engagement , culture-building & communication
  • Support payroll , compensation & benefits coordination
  • Implement and maintain HR policies , compliance & reporting
What Were Looking For
  • 36 years of strong HR experience
  • Excellent communication & people management skills
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment & HR operations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Added bonus: Experience in US Mortgage , Title Insurance , Closing , or Curative hiring/HR operations
