Job title- Assistant Vice President - Employee Benefits- Placement(Underwriting)

Job Summary/About the Role-The position will involve build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders at the insurance companies.

Required Qualifications-A minimum of a bachelors degree in any stream

Post Graduation or MBA would be added advantage

Required Experience and skills-

• 12-15 years of experience in Insurance Company, Brokers in Insurer Relation Management role.
• Knowledge of EB products
• Have good time management skills.
• Be proficient in verbal and written English.
• Be a team leader
• Have service orientation.
• Have good negotiation & convincing skills

Key Responsibilities-

• The person will be responsible for handling placement Role for EB policies such as reviewing the RFP Received from RCS team and floating it in the market.
• Arranging competitive terms from the insurance companies.
• Preparing the QCR with due diligence and capturing all the terms and conditions.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth handling of placement-related activities.
• Preparing the placement slip and closure of Saiba entries post closure of the policy
