Assistant Vice President, Solutions Architect & Automation Lead

In this role, the incumbent will spearhead a team of engineers focused on creating advanced Automation and AI solutions for back-office finance and accounting operations in Life Science and healthcare sectors. This role requires a blend of architectural prowess, knowledge of automation tools, machine learning expertise, and business acumen to guide a multidisciplinary team in designing and implementing innovative products that enhance our client's operational efficiencies and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Project Oversight:
• Lead and build a team of backend, frontend, UI/UX, automation and machine learning engineers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Automation and AI-driven solutions and ensure alignment with client's business needs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Solution Architecture:
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating Automation, AI and machine learning technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Client Engagement:
• Act as a key technical liaison between you team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal writing and business development efforts by providing technical expertise.
• Research and Development:
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Automation, AI, machine learning technologies, and industry trends.
• Lead initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies that could benefit the hub's strategic goals.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in a technical leadership role involving solution architecture and data science.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience on GenAI, Prompt Engineering, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, RPA, Python, VBA
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust back-end systems.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning, statistical modelling, and data mining.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams.
