Assistant Vice President - SME Business

The Cluster Manager will spearhead GEO SME business across multiple cities within the assigned geography. This role is responsible for driving growth in Commercial Lines (SME), managing advisor relationships, activating dormant advisors, and onboarding new partners. The position demands strong leadership to guide a team toward achieving allocated targets while ensuring compliance and delivering superior service to corporate clients. • Drive SME (Commercial Lines) business across assigned geography. Deliverance of assigned topline budget for geography • Continuous prospecting and onboarding of new advisors for preferred lines of business. Activate advisors currently active in Health and Motor but inactive in SME. • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing advisor base. • Guide and supervise the team for target achievement. Hire, train, and mentor team members; provide handholding support. • Manage new business acquisition and renewal retention. • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
