Responsibilities

Implement technology solutions and systems to optimize shopfloor operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, sales, marketing, and merchandising to align shopfloor operations with broader business objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of shopfloor operations professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Conduct in-depth analysis of shopfloor performance metrics, including traffic patterns, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to make informed decisions about shopfloor operations within the CPG retail sector.

Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess or obsolete inventory while maintaining appropriate stock levels for CPG merchandise.
