Job Description
Responsibilities
Leading the Payments, Fraud portfolio in a Managed Services environment.
Define & drive strategic roadmap.
Operate the Business as per Operating Plans Revenue & Margin
Client Management: Ability to host clients and drive Mining growth
Establish key relationship with key client stakeholders, Genpact stakeholders
Work closely with business units/verticals to evangelize scalable solutions & strengthen the value proposition
Leading the Noida site and managing the daily operations
Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects
Ability to drive system transformation projects leveraging tools such as AI/ ML, VSM, etc.
Leading with people centric approach
Hands-on working on RFP whenever required.
Collaborate with sales team and other service lines.
Should be able to manage the financials of the P&L assigned.
