We're seeking a dynamic AGM/Senior General Manager / AVP - Business Development (Sales & Marketing) to spearhead growth in India Regulated Markets for APIs. Based in Hyderabad or Mumbai, this role demands strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive our pharma ambitions forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement high-impact business strategies for sustained growth in regulated API markets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to smash sales targets and boost revenue.
- Foster deep customer relationships, optimize processes, and collaborate across functions for seamless execution.
Essential Qualifications
- 15+ years in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within Pharmaceuticals (API focus).
- Expertise in India-regulated markets; cross-functional exposure (Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory) preferred.
- Science background (B.Sc./B.Pharm) + MBA; stellar communication, negotiation, and technical skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel to decode market trends and client needs.
