We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Head Formulation & API (Business Head) to lead India domestic S&M operations for a well-established, vertically integrated pharmaceutical organisation.

If you have deep roots in India's pharma market and have successfully managed both API and Formulation businesses this one's for you.

The Role Title: National Head Formulation & API | Level: AVP | Location: India | Reporting To: Director

What You'll Own

End-to-end P&L of a INR 200 ~500 Cr+ domestic business

Leadership of a 50~100 member BD/Sales team across API & Formulation verticals

New client acquisition and long-term account management

Generic molecule launches strategy to commercialisation

Cross-functional coordination R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics & Finance

Market intelligence, forecasting and supply chain oversight

Who We're Looking For

20+ years in India domestic pharma BD

Must have handled BOTH API and Formulation businesses

Experience managing teams of 30+ with GM-level direct reports

Proven track record of owning INR ~100 Cr+ domestic revenue

Strong industry network across manufacturers, traders & institutions

B.Pharm / B.Sc | MBA preferred
