Assistant Vice President Sales (India, Nepal & Bhutan)
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Vice President Sales (India, Nepal & Bhutan) to drive commercial growth across key South Asian markets. The role will lead regional sales performance, strengthen strategic partnerships, and work closely with Directors of Sales & Marketing and General Managers to enhance market presence and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement regional sales strategies across India, Nepal, and Bhutan to maximize revenue performance across all properties and brands.
- Provide strategic guidance to property Directors of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with General Managers to achieve commercial targets.
- Oversee the performance and strategic direction of National Sales Offices in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including travel trade, distributors, corporate clients, and online travel agencies.
- Review property rate structures and collaborate with Revenue Management teams to ensure market competitiveness.
- Support the development and execution of annual commercial plans for each property.
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and variance analysis, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts to increase market share and revenue contribution.
- Represent Atmosphere Core at industry events, travel forums, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Monitor regional commercial spending against budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Mentor and support sales teams across the region to enhance capability, performance, and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure brand standards and commercial guidelines are consistently upheld across all properties.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in hospitality sales leadership within the South Asian market.
- Deep understanding of regional distribution channels and travel trade dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market initiatives.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-property teams and senior leadership.
