Assistant Vice President - Sales Impact - Mumbai/Gurugram/Bengaluru/Pune.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Impact team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai/Gurugram/Bengaluru/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Assistant Vice President Sales Impact Team

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored RFP and tender responses.
• Prepare detailed, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate Marshs value proposition.
• Design and produce professional pitch decks and presentation materials for client engagements.
• Coordinate inputs from various internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
• Manage multiple bid processes concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and best practices to streamline future bid processes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve bid strategies.

What you need to have:

• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or a similar role, preferably within professional services, consulting, or insurance sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex bid processes and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
