Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, andmonitorlong-term business strategies aligned withFinLender'svision and mission.
  • Identifymarket opportunities to expand services inDebt Syndication, PrivateCredit,Private Equity,Debt Resolution, Investment Banking(Pre-IPO Advisory,IPO Advisory, M&A)andvitalFinancingSolutions.
  • RepresentFinLenderat industry forums, conferences, and networking events toestablishthought leadership and expand the companys market presence.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new geographies and strengthenFinLendersfootprint across India and beyond.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitive dynamics to positionFinLenderas the go-to financial advisory and investment banking institution in India.
  • Drive business growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Oversee revenue generation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) account for thedepartment, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients, including Corporates, MSMEs, and Startups.
  • Streamline processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their financial and strategic needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of professionals across diverse functional areas

  • Youare required tosupport the Company in hiring needs where you are responsible to builda strong teamas and whenrequired.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+years of experience in financial services, investment banking, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Provenexpertiseinfundraising, financial restructuring, investment planning, and debt resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
