Invitng applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Record to Report In this role, you will be responsible for RTR SDL role and will be requirement based & hence flexible, equipped to Focus on con nuous process improvement and adap ve to change, Develop & lead effetive working rela onships in the organiza on and ac vely collaborate closely with all Key Stakeholders Roles and Responsibilties: Lead large R2R team in areas of General Accouting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconcilia on. Balance month end, quarter end year end prepara on, be responsible for smooth execu on & ensure books are closed on me, groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed reten on targets. Lead the delivery of outsourced services F&A : R2R to ensure customer sa sfac on and increased revenue through client up-sell Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and func onal leaders to build and commercialize exis ng and new product offerings Sound knowledge in the R2R aspects like Inter-co accoun ng, Fixed Assets accoun ng, Bank and balance sheet recons, Month end close aspects, Accruals, amor za ons, financials submission in Fin. Repor ng systems etc. Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive con nuous performance improvement and drive transforma on agenda Must be able to work with cross func onal teams like Opera ons, GPO, Digital team, Transforma on team, Transi ons team etc. Pro-ac ve, ability to trouble shoot, work through organiza onal change scenarios. Implement appropriate mechanisms to iden fy, understand and bring up performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps. Collaborate in the new deal process including solu oning, pricing, due diligence, transi on and stabiliza on Qualifica ons we seek in you! Minimum qualifica ons Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L Be a key driving force in leading new/exis ng rela onships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L Develop a strategy for winning and transi oning new deals while running and growing the exis ng rela onships Own the way in implemen ng new technologies in opera ons and display a strong execu ve presence Engage in building collabora ve teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals. Excellent knowledge on ERP Applica ons, Workflow Tools etc. Qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate from top Commerce colleges. Prior experience in the services industry in leading large teams in R2R domains.
