Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
To lead the Renewal Business Reporting team
Complete ownership of Renewal Extraction & Notice, Renewal MIS & projects related to Automation of business reporting
To be responsible for Efficacy of renewal dashboard
Timely Audit of business reports which would be published to various stake holders
Quick and strict adherence of TAT and ad-hoc requests
Liaising with DWH, IT, Innovation team and respective stakeholders for business requirements
Providing strategic inputs to improve the overall business efficiency and productivity of each resource
Hiring and trainings of team members
Key requirements:
MBA/PG/Graduate
Expert skills on Excel & SQL Knowledge preferred – Large database management
Insurance Domain knowledge
Project management and power BI skills preferred
Competencies of team & stake holder management.
