Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To lead the Renewal Business Reporting team  

  • Complete ownership of Renewal Extraction & Notice, Renewal MIS & projects related to Automation of business reporting 

  • To be responsible for Efficacy of renewal dashboard 

  • Timely Audit of business reports which would be published to various stake holders 

  • Quick and strict adherence of TAT and ad-hoc requests 

  • Liaising with DWH, IT, Innovation team and respective stakeholders for business requirements 

  • Providing strategic inputs to improve the overall business efficiency and productivity of each resource 

  • Hiring and trainings of team members 

Key requirements:  

  • MBA/PG/Graduate 

  • Expert skills on Excel & SQL Knowledge preferred – Large database management 

  • Insurance Domain knowledge  

  • Project management and power BI skills preferred  

  • Competencies of team & stake holder management.
