Job Description

Responsibilities


Serve in consultant role, playing a leading role in shaping and delivering finance transformation projects, depending on your experience and streamline internal and external processes.
Own and define a finance roadmap which supports the business strategy including the implementation of New Tool by following best practice approach and benchmarking study.
Define the project plan for the finance team including the establishment of a new finance operating model for P2P Tower
Collaborate with offshore team to design, develop and configure the product to customer specifications.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including maintaining strong communication plan and execution.
Lead the business readiness activities to ensure the changes are adopted by the business.
Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model.
Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project.

Minimum Qualifications


Transformation project experience and extensive finance systems experience. In depth understanding of PTP processes
Bachelors degree required. PMP/ Prince certification a strong plus.
Proven experience in project management, experience of business case, including cost/benefit analysis.
Experience in reviewing and optimising processes & overall technical knowledge of different applications, ERPs, system integration, workflows, databases, archival systems.
Experience of SAP / ERP, Salesforce, RPA, e-Invoicing, OCR, technologies.
Ability to handle multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization.
Manage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems.
Able to work well across departments and skill levels.
Ability to outline goals and outcomes, gather data, brainstorm on solutions, evaluate pros and cons.
Flexibility and willingness to travel. At times it may be extensive and at short notices.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience in managing critical projects that have complex requirements
Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written), and listening skills.
Good system and solution architecting skills.
